YMCA - Flyde Coast

Wyre YMCA Foyer is a supported housing scheme offering 19 units of accommodation in Fleetwood for young people aged 16 -25 years in need of housing and support. It has been operational since 1999 to the present day.

All Foyer residents work on a user led ‘Move On’ Programme, focused on individual goals and social skills tailored to the young persons needs.

• Supported accommodation for 19 young people aged 16-25 in single bed sits
• Each resident has access to a support worker
• Access to employment training and education available
• Individual care plans created
• Young people stay for up to 18 months after which they are helped to find more independent accommodation or placed within one of our move-on schemes.
