Business Development Manager
£10,000 per annum / 15 hours per week
We have an amazing opportunity to offer the right individual the chance to increase and develop new areas of the business, helping to expand our established work across local communities.
You will have a proven track record in business development and be an achiever who is able to present, sell and communicate at all levels; whilst exploring new funding streams to drive our organisation forward and develop long standing relationships with key companies and partners.

Health & Safety Officer
£8,500 per annum / 15 hours per week
You will oversee our Health & Safety function throughout the organisation. Supporting Unit Health & Safety Coordinators, policy & procedure implementation and promoting a Health & Safety culture throughout will be your priority. You will provide guidance and advice on legislative matters and play a key role in achieving the organisation’s Health & Safety objectives.
Previous experience in a Health & Safety role is essential or you will hold the NEBOSH General Certificate.

YTrain Trainers / Instructors Required
YTrain is the new training arm of the Fylde Coast YMCA.
We are looking for trainers and instructors who are qualified to teach courses belonging to the following awarding bodies:
H.S.E. First Aid At Work
C.I.E.H.
B.I.I.A.B.
We are also looking for community learning instructors to help devise our community / leisure learning programmes. If you have experience of delivering these types of programme we would like to hear from you.
Contracts will be on a casual basis and based on an hourly rate dependent of skills and experience.
